Describe the issue:
The laptop doesn't turn on after putting the laptop on sleep (also closing the lid)
What have you tried already?:
I tried an EC reset, both with the power button and opening up the laptop. Didn't work.
Tried pressing the button inside the small hole on the side of the laptop. No yield.
When did it start producing the issue: it's been an issue for a while. After it occurred I never put my laptop to sleep and forgot to fix it. But today a cousin of mine closed the lid after he was done using it.
Last time an EC rest worked, but nothing this time.
Did you install new drivers or software?:i prolly did install something a few months back but i need a temporary fix to transfer important stuff off to make a hard reset.
Can you provide images/videos to show us the issue: cannot provide it right now. But i can describe it.
As soon as i press the power button, the rgb turns on and the fan spins with a light buzz.
Black screen no lenovo or legion logo shows up. Kept it on for 30 mins, nothing
