What have you tried already?: Update all drivers from Lenovo website manually / BIOS setup correctly. / reinstall Vantage app

So what happens when you click install driver?
it leads me to the driver update page, but shows no update needed
Well it sounds like some vantage bug if it used to work. I’d reach out to lenovo. Very minimal desktop support here. It’s primarily a laptop server.
I searched most threads on lenovo community it leads me here. Hope the issue can be solved.

No idea. Like I said you should talk to someone at lenovo support.
I did. Only suggestion from them is to hardware reset my PC which is ridiculous
