Laptop froze and wont shut down | Legion Series | Page 1

Model: Legion 5i Pro
Describe the issue: I left laptop for 10 minutes, came back and it was frozen.
What have you tried already?: I pressed the power off button and hold it, wanted to force shut down but there is 0 reaction, fans arent spinning but the lights are on. Fans started to spin after several minutes but no reaction on any button and screen went black.
When did it start producing the issue: just 20 minutes ago
Did you install new drivers or software?: No
Can you provide images/videos to show us the issue: Yes

Updates are turned off in Vantage also

It was plugged in HDMI when it happened

id just contact lenovo.

if you are brave enough, open it up and disconnect the battery to make it turn off

I am thinking about waiting utin battery is dead

now it turned off and i managed to turn it on :/// its crazy... Why would it do so??? it makes really 0 sense...
