Windows cannot detect laptop display, only detects external monitor as its sole display | Legion Series | Page 1

Model: Legion S7 15ACH6

My Slim 7 is usually connected to a Monitor, but today when I tried to get it to display on its own laptop screen it didn't seem to work. When I went into my settings the only screen it detected was the monitor that I connected it to. Are there any solutions that anyone could suggest for me to resolve this?
What have you tried already?: Disconnected External Monitor, Restarted the computer
When did it start producing the issue: Today, when trying to disconnect it to just see my laptop screen
Did you install new drivers or software?: Installed the latest BIOS update recently

Any help would be really greatly appreciated, need to fix this issue semi-urgently

I've tried it but didnt seem to work. I've contacted my country's support for help, but I appreciate the advice!

The customer support that I contacted mentioned that it could be an LCD issue, considering that my laptop keyboard still works. They haven't come round to replace it yet however.
