Describe the issue: HDMI cable not detecting displays
What have you tried already?:
• When I tried to connect my monitor (HP Pavilion 23xi) it couldn't detect it.
• Neither could it detect my Samsung smart TV 7 Series.
• My old HP Pavilion 500 PC could connect both.
• I've also tried 2 other HDMI cables but no luck.
• I checked drivers and they are all updated to the latest without me doing anything

Did you install new drivers or software?: uninstalled GeForce experience, used driver booster, uninstalled vantage and used LTT
