Legion T5-26AMR5 AMD Ryzen 7 5700G with Radeon Graphics 3.8GHZ
The desktop was running ubuntu when purchased. I want to install windows 10 or 11. Neither will boot via usb. I also see the time is right in ubuntu but its wrong in bios. I cant save the time it resets back to 0505 after a reboot.
Bios is running the most recent version 04MKT23A
I tested and even changed and reset the Cmos battery.
I have tried to reseat memory with no success.
I have tried to use Rufus, windows media creator with a new clean install of W10.
I tried to install a clean windows install on a SSD drive and change the boot order. That gave me the same error.
Upgraded memory to 32gb it says memory bus 2400MHZ
I am thinking this is something minute that can be resolved with your assistance. Yet I see tons of posts outside of discord about this and no resolutions. I am currently trying to use the Lenovo usb recovery creator yet I believe I will see the same issue as it wont be recognized due to its on USB. The system seems to be running well on Ubuntu but I am wanting to use windows. No matter what I have tried the system wont boot nor install windows from SSD nor USB nor preinstalled. Any help would be highly appreciated. I do know I saw a few buy new motherboards but I am not at that point as I believe someone has the answer.
