Model: Ideapad Gaming 3 (15ach6)
Describe the issue: I accidentally disabled the battery on my laptop in the BIOS, and now it will not turn on even if I plug it into AC.

What I tried already:

  • Reseating the battery & RTC battery
  • Pressing and holding the novo and power buttons

Issue started: immediately after disabling battery

New drivers/software: No, issue is BIOS related

Additional notes:

  • I tried to turn on the laptop plugged in to AC before re-seating the battery and RTC battery
  • I don't suspect any shorts while re-seating the batteries, since the battery is presumably disconnected
  • AC adapter is known to work
