Model: Lenovo Legion 5

Issue: I have a brand new Lenovo Legion 5 whose keyboard turns off sometimes. The problem doesn't occur in, as sometimes it happens two days in a row and sometimes once a month. The device has been updated with the latest drivers.
The error seems to yield different results every time it happens. Normally, after waiting for a minute or two, things return to normal, but today after the keyboard stopped working first, and then the laptop reset itself.
