Describe the issue: random fps drops in games, suddenly goes from ~90 to ~10 fps then goes back to normal suddenly
What have you tried already?:cleaning fans, windows memory diagnostics, checking for drivers, reinstalling, restarting
When did it start producing the issue: no clue, came back to playing games then noticed it
Did you install new drivers or software?: no

What's the temp and voltage during the progress?
I think it's either there's something wrong with the temp or the power supply.
Because if there were anything that happened to the CPU or GPU, you wouldn't be able to boot at all.
Ram looks stable. So obviously not it.
gpu temp is around 70C, i have no clue how to check cpu temp or volatage
i dont think its throttling though because i have it vertically on a stand

Use msi afterburner
Or there is a performance monitor tool in Nvidia overlay.
AB will give you more detailed stats. But it would be more complicated and all over the place if you're not familiar with it.
Both of them can monitor in real time.
I also experience this. It started moth ago I think.
