I have 2 Webcams connected to the 2 usb ports at the back of the Lenovo slim 5 Gen 8 laptop. Using software for golf swing analysis. I can display each camera individually, but cannot view the 2 cameras at the same time. It will not even let me view the integrated webcam at same time as usb web cam. I have troubleshooted with a few different apps and can confirm it is not a software issue as the issue exists on various apps.
I think it may be a hardware issue related to the usb ports/hub. I ordered a usb hub that I can connect via usb c in case that helps.

Any suggestions or insights re : there Lenovo usb configuration that may be causing this?

I don't think this has anything to do with the machine

You might want to try different capture software that allow for 2 simultaneous camera stream.

Update: the issue did exist with multiple software. It was a hardware related issue. 2 web cams plugged into the 2 usb a ports will not be able to stream simultaneously. Seems they are connected to same usb hub and causes issues(they compete with eachother).
Solved issue by plugging second web cam to a usb hub that is plugged into one of the USB C ports and everything worked instantly.
Found similar challenges online with other laptops.
