Model: M300 RGB Gaming Mouse
My mouse cursor moves to the top left side of the screen whenever I plugged it in. First I tried cleaning the bottom of the mouse and it looked like it worked but it started the issue again and cleaning didn't work next time. I don't see any problems with the cable or the mouse itself, nothing is broken outside. I turned off the touchpad, updated the mouse driver, disabled inactive scrolling, disabled mouse acceleration, nothing worked. Since cleaning the mouse worked one time I think it still has something to do with cleanliness of the mouse, but I don't see any dirt, crust or etc that's stuck on the bottom of the mouse. Since this happened shortly after I turned on the laptop I don't think it has anything to do with software either. What should I do?
