Hey, i got Lenovo Legion 5 Pro 82JF005TTX i7-11800H 16 GB 1 TB SSD RTX3050Ti 16" Notebook

I need to replace pads and pastes because in stress tests and daily works its overheating.

From this video i need 1mm and 0.75 mm pads have you ever changed that things which brands should i buy. Thank you for all.

Just keep the pads, and use the PTM

Also how did you say your machine was "overheating"?

You may not want to actually repaste for every case.

#

Repasting with conventional thermal paste worsen the temperature rather than just cleaning the heatsink in all most all cases with the stock paste.

And thermal pads doesn't really need changing.

Thank you, in fifa 23 cpu max temp is 94 celcius and cooling fans in DAW making noise a lot while recording and exporting media
