#Right fan on y540 noises

Model : Lenovo legion y540 81SY00CBIN
Problem : The right fan is making a whining sound and it increases and decreases in volume depending upon the speed of fan.
Potential solution: replace the fan, through my research i concluded that y530 uses the same fans and they are more readily available.
I am from India, so on Amazon fans are 5k inr but on AliExpress they are just 1.5k inr. How do I make sure i don't get scammed and fan replacement will fix it..
