Describe the issue: No local dimming with HDR
What have you tried already?: reinstalled the monitor driver and NVIDIA drivers
When did it start producing the issue: after the reset windows
Did you install new drivers or software?: yes reinstalled to lenovo official website
Can you provide images/videos to show us the issue: none(i wish so but it should dim the screen doown while playing hdr content)
