Hi, didnt find this issue, so I am creating new thread. The thing is, whenever my laptop decides to turn off my screen ( if its because of lock screen of just set it to turn off ) it will be black, but it will constantly turn on and off my backlight every 1 sec, so 1 sec completely off, 1 sec with black screen and backlight on.

When did it start producing the issue: after downgrading to w10
