Hello!

Model: Legion 5i
Describe the issue: I bought my pc 2 weeks ago and it was working fine untill the 7th day. There, my screen froze for the first time. I thought it was because the game was too heavy, so i tried being more careful about that specific game graphs. 2 days later, my pc froze again, but this time, i was watching youtube, so it didn't seem to have any specific reason to just top like that. Today it started doing it again but then i couldnt log in anymore as it would freeze before i even put the password.
What have you tried already?: I tried using lenovo diagnostics and it didnt find anything usual until today, where while i was talking to lenovo bot the result was "cancelled" and the bot tried helping me but it didnt really work. I also tried installing the updates it had but none of them seemed to do much effect.
When did it start producing the issue: When i was playing genshin impact (high graphs) and also happened on opera (watching youtube) before it started doing it on the menu screen.
Did you install new drivers or software?: I tried installing an GPU and BIOS update where it did seem to solve for some days but... well, it's back and it's worse than before.
Can you provide images/videos to show us the issue: I didn't take a picture or recorded it, but, basically the image stops and the sound it was making before starts repeating untill you turn it off (and the fan starts going faster and it seems like it heats up a little, but im not really sure). The only way to turn it off is by manually clicking the button. All the images i have are from the latest occurrence, where i took a picture of the windows repairing system and also the updates i have available (I won't send the images as it is in portuguese but if you think its importants i can send it later).
