Council Merit Point System

Simple Summary
This document proposes replacing fixed salaries and subjective peer evaluation with a Council Merit Point (CMP) system that rewards Council members based on their measurable contributions to the DAO.
Points will be earned through governance participation, community engagement, and strategic outcomes, which can then be converted into ILV token bonuses from the treasury.

Too complicated. Just pay in fuel and only have 1 council, having 2 councils is dumb.

i agree

but as you know it is hard to negotiate this with the sitting council members.

i spent a long time negotiating the 70% pay reduction, and i had to concede with adding extra pay from revenue.

how to dissolve ICC when half of the vote needed to do that is from ICC

You are just dissolving ICC, the council members would become IMC members. Maybe make less seats next epoch. 7 sounds like a good number
