Now, element conversion time and quantity increase with building stage, reaching a 24h cycle with max path bonus, what is perfect. But fuel conversion time has just a few steps and tops out at 8h (6h24m with max path bonus) with 75 fuel. This can be reasonable for T1/T2 but not much for a T3 and specially a T4 or a MC. And it is a nightmare now with LB.
I propose that, as well as we can choose the source fuel for the conversion, we can choose the time spent in it, scaling proportionally with quantity. For example giving 3 options:
75 fuel: 8h
150 fuel: 16h
225 fuel: 24h
This gives more flexibility for those who need to do conversions in higher tier plots for development or sicence and make life more enjoyable for those competing in LB.It affects everybody in the same way, so it is not an advantage for anyone I think.

i like the idea.
Would love to hear the reasoning from devs for the change from 24h to 8h tho.
Maybe there's something we/me forget to consider here.
