I had 21 health before a pve round and assumed i would take 20 damage and save the gold for interest.
I took more than that and got kicked.

Damage taken depend on the number of illuvials and level of your opponent, not only the round
You can't know in advance how many illuvials will stay alive and your ooponent could lvl up at the last second as well
