Now that we are getting closer to an mmo, every mmo player knows how important equipment is.
I don't feel like the weapons are in a good place.
First of all, most of mmo players love swords. And we don't have yet a cool sword to play with.
Also, some weapons don't make sense. As the new system introduces the sprout guard as a psion weapon.
Any new player will see a shield and pick it as a tank weapon, only to find out that he goes the mage route.
Instead we have a lance that is attributed as a tank weapons, when it should be a fighter. And so on.
I think we should consolidate the weapons with some logic in mind (tempest lance that gives dust i'm looking at you) and focus on the gear a little more as it will be a very important aspect of the mmo.

If I'm not mistaken they're going to re-do the entire gear/weapons system for the MMO. Don't look too much into the current weapons we have atm.
Let's wait and see what the Labs cooks 😉
