Hello everyone, coming with another discussion subject.
I think that a tcg mode has been discussed, but i want to suggest a physical tcg.
I love collecting things, and tcg's are very popular now.
I would love to open illuvium packs and get cards, grade them and display in my collection.
And maybe have a code like pokemon has to scan and get all the cards in nft form.

There is tech to make cards with chips that can give you cards on just a tap as well nowadays.
I met the guys that have a good version, realistically the only one not making cards super thick etc. currently recently at an web3 event.

Cards are super cool for sure, cost factor is a thing though, would prob have to check interest and maybe pre-sale things before going into it, plus assuming it wouldn´t hinder anything else, which likely is unrealistic, imo.

Yeah, tech will be better soon as well, then cards with chip/normal ones might look exactly the same as well.

imo digital collectibles will never replace physical collectibles.
change my mind.

Yes, people enjoy having the collectibles in their hands. I just started a pokemon tcg card collection.
That's where i got my idea from.
The thing is i love to collect and grade tcg cards, but i hate the pokemon designs. I literally collect just around 5 pokemons that look decent.
On the other hand, illuvium universe art is dope. I would love to collect it.
They can create equipment cards and trainer cards like pokemon does (with suits, weapons and rangers), they have t0 units that can be served as bulk in packs, we already have rarity tiers. And ofc, we have holo cards in forms of holo illuvials.
But yeah, viper is right, there are more technical aspects to this.
Maybe it's not feasible now
