A burn mechanism that leads to combining stats can help with illuvial inflation and also boost demand for ADRs and Overworld.

The minimum number of illuvials required to merge in order to achieve a higher stat illuvial could depend on illuvial Tier.
For example:

Tier 5: 10 illuvials
Tire 4: 25
Tier 3: 50
Tier 2: 100
Tier 1: 200
Tier 0: 500

I agree, that we need a way to burn some Illuvials, but this will only lead to “hight stat” Illuvials being less rare, and not help the market in the long run.

I think it would be better to lower the cost of fusion, and maybe introduce a mechanism for “burning” Illuvials for XP. (But limit it, so you can raise the level of one Illuvial two times…. One time to level 20 by “burning” one of same type, and one more to raise level from 20 to 40, by “burning” 2 level 20 Illuvials of same type).

Hopefully there will be a new skin system soon, that will help increase demand for skins, which will also help burn more Illuvials.

But we do have to be a bit careful burning too many “low stat” Illuvials. ☺️

I'd rather burn illuvials of the same type into a single illuvial but for other stat gains for other uses outside of arena. Maybe as a illuvial companion 1v1 mode in overworld, can your headi beat my darkholo atlas etc...

I saw some game did that, it make there market flooded with all max stat making them very common and less valuable, and close to no value in long run. And with many max stat you will stop hunting instead just search in the market.

Maybe if they do it like upgrading a weapon but with a requirements like 3pcs illuvials 3pcs ingots 3pcs gems and maybe some ilv. But if fail minus 2 and if success plus 1 only all the requirement will destroy after fail or success. At plus 5 going to plus 6 or 7 when fail all will destroy including the one you upgrading. But every success only boasting like plus 1 to 2 % stat.
