It look like the marketplace are full of illuvials and a lot are very low stats. With the new feature AUTODRONE, thats gonna be worst in few weeks/month. I think we need a mechanism for burning illuvials with bad stats and its gonna help to reduce the quantity in market and help when we looking for something. To encourage all players to continu to play in OW without have a chance to sell in market ( because not a lot are sold for the moment/quantity ) I think player could burn bad stats illuvials for a little bit fuel depend of the stage.

For example: Tiers 1 10-20-40
Tiers 2 20-40-60
Tiers 3 30-60-90
Tiers 4 40-80-120
Tiers 5 50-100-150
Holo S1-50, S2-100, S3-150, S4-200, S5-250
Dark Holo: I dont think somebody want to burn it

It could help player to have fuel after spending few $$$ if we have no buyer in marketplace and can reduce a lot the quantity by more than half of bad stats illuvials in market.

we have a lot place in santum to put a burning machine😀

Skins require burning of Illuvials. Fusing requires burning of Illuvials. We have a lot of them now but when we get in a lot of players will we be needing more skins made, fusing happening?

I think your idea is a good one. Just not sure on numbers, don't want to swing too far the other way.

Not sure the answer on this tbh.

This is exactly what i was thinking about these days, but didn't manage to post about it.
Yes, i believe the ADR function will flood the market with illuvials.
I strongly recommend an aditional burning mechanism.
Maybe for experience, this doesn't matter as long as more burning mechanisms are implemented.

There is more than 1M illuvials in marketplace and only 6% are listed so 16M in circulation. What its your chance to sell your illuvials? Not enough buyer and too much illuvials. But its not only that, for example, i spend more than 100$ in fuel since 5-6 days but nobody bought 1 of my illuvials so do i gonna spend 100$ each weeks to continu playing OW because i really like it ? I dont think so, im just gonna leave. If we can have the opportunity to burn, there is gonna be less illuvials in market so more chance to sell and continu to play without always put money every week and we can have few free run sometimes with burning. Anyway thats an idea to think.

Yes we need a burning mechanism but 6 atlas for 60 Fuel with a run at 24 fuel can't be realistic.

Before the 3rd of april, i sold a lot of illuvials. Now with the ADR and OW bounty leaderboard, i didn't sell anyone, the illuvial market is crashing.

We really need a useful burning mechanism.

And to solve the leveling problem in Leviathan mode, as well as this one, burning for XP seems like the perfect solution to me. This would benefit the market, and players who don't have time to level up their illuvials will be able to do so using this method.

For example, a level 20 Atlas = +- 4,000 XP It could level up an Atlas/Axoon/Axodon by +4,000 XP.

A level 20 Archie/Archos = +4,000 XP for an Archie/Archos/Archeleon.

A level 40 Umbre = +- 57,000 XP, if I'm not mistaken, could level up a Dash from level 1 to 40 or grant XP to a Rake or Umbre.

If you check Tier 5 Illuvials and go by the assumption that you want players to have these to experience current and future games, the player base would be capped at a tiny amount, by the way.

The low-tier ones are there en masse, just like there are masses of common cards in TCGs. There will always be something "least valuable" or "least useful"—otherwise, the good things wouldn’t be considered valuable in comparison, to be fair.

I think if you introduce further burn mechanics, you also need to address future scalability. It shouldn’t just be something that works well for a few months or maybe a year and then causes issues down the road.
