The only thing I have ever seen mods moderate or show hostility towards is SPAMMERS/SCAMMERS.......and also towards what seems to be the MOST EGREGIOUS THING ANYBODY CAN DO AND IS A CARDINAL SIN........say anything negative about DONALD J. TRUMP (who I like to refer to as Orange Jesus)

I just got scolded by a mod for saying a very tame joke about Trump as I was having some friendly banter with a community member and I have noticed that this is a very common trend......

Did they send out a memo that I did not receive to everyone in society that Jokes about Trump are illegal now?

Is this a MAGA inc. controlled project now and nobody told me?

I for one am sick of the fascism.....I am sick of the double standards.....and I am sick of being told I am a bad person for not idolizing Orange Jesus

We need to come up with a solution to this problem because if I cant tell jokes then I might as well move to North Korea and work on the rice farm for glorious leader Kim Jong Un

The big question is.....why is only jokes illegal when they are jokes about Trump......I have never seen any political jokes or discussions (even ones that were extremely hateful and insulting) ever be called out by mods or censored except for ones that would be considered negative towards Trump....and in fact much of the time you will see it encouraged by MAGA mods as long as they aren't anything directed towards Trump or MAGA....cant make fun of them no no no no no.....so what is the solution now? The MAGA mods are gonna start scolding everyone who talks about politics or makes political jokes now no matter who it is and not only the ones aimed at Trump (Orange Jesus)? I need to know because I dont wanna be part of something that is designed for MAGA fascists to be able to throw their weight around and abuse me. Burgundy 2028 is the only path to freedom

Plenty of Political talk is removed or acted upon. The truth is a lot of it is healthy discussion, not poorly worded jokes that plays on a parody account trying to get laughs at the expense of their opinions on political characters.

Frankly, you are doing it to yourself by painting a target on your own back with silly comments and playing a character for the sake of a meme.
You've now also got close to insulting mods a couple times by insinuating silly stuff, so please...

I have seen this happen multiple times...that is the issue...if it was just a one off I wouldn't even bring it up but it is an obvious trend I have noticed. Anyways thank you for discussion and maybe there can be a better environment for everyone in the future. Thank you and have a good sleep 👍
