#Some accounts cannot play gauntlet mode

Guys, a friend's account cannot play Gauntlet
keeps looking for the match and never finds, it in all game modes

He already reinstalled the game and did all the "basic" things to try to fix it, and nothing changed

Can anyone tell me how to resolve this?
just creating a new account?

It's difficult to find support for the problem
That's why I'm opening a ticket here, no one helps us

yes, this is happening to me! i'm very discouraged by the game because of a problem that nobody knows how to solve

I've tried everything, including changing computers, and I still can't get into any arena mode

this recently happened to me. seemed to work again fine the next morning though. game doesn't show how many people are in que and you cant ever find a game. only had that issue once though

yes, I don't use vpn and all the drivers are up to date

Remove all cosmetics that are attached, and go back to the defaults and then try.

im still searching but its already different, now i can see the number of players

But if u see others, don't forget to pass it on! Its a very weird one.

It was funny for me since i had 4 of the same skin, but the one I had selected was the one i sent away for a prize 🤣
