Very hard to read in this format by the way 😉 but reading it now
Paste it in Discord messages rather than a embedded .txt file
Splitting it up should solve it

Priority #1: Attract Players to the Illuvium Ecosystem
I believe the number one priority is to bring players into the Illuvium universe ecosystem.
Current Context and Challenges to Overcome
Turning Challenges into Opportunities
It is clear that Illuvium needs more players in its ecosystem. However, we are facing a major issue: the FUELS bonus, which is literally breaking the economy of assets related to FUELS. This is a critical economic point that must absolutely be addressed to ensure the long-term health of the Illuvium universe. This is part of another discussion, but it is essential to tackle it for the future of the ecosystem.
Marketing Strategy Proposal
Offering Digital Assets to Attract New Players
Given that there are almost no costs associated with distributing digital assets, I propose offering NFTs and other digital assets to attract new players to the different games and collections within Illuvium.
Motto:
"Give players the power to own, build, and trade, and they will help you shape a rich and captivating universe. In Illuvium, every player becomes a pioneer, forging their own path in a treasure chest of adventures with true digital rewards."
Psychology and Web3 Entry Barrier
Turning Resistance to Web3 into an Opportunity
We all know that innovation is not easy, and that many people resist change, especially with the shift from Web2 to Web3. This is a psychological aspect that should not be overlooked.
Why not transform this resistance to Web3 into an opportunity? By attracting new players to the Illuvium universe, a rich ecosystem that includes several games and experiences, we can help them understand the importance of owning digital assets right from the start. Offering NFTs to these new players creates an immediate connection to the ecosystem, providing not only an enriching gaming experience but also the opportunity to own a tangible part of their digital adventure.
.
Impact of the Marketing Strategy on Player Engagement
Fostering Deep Engagement and Retention
By making it easier for new players to enter the Web3 universe, we allow them to understand the importance of owning digital assets from the start. Distributing Illuvium NFTs creates an immediate connection with the ecosystem. This allows players to feel valued and get an immediate return on their time and energy investment.
This approach creates a cycle of motivation and retention, where each new acquisition or experience in the Illuvium universe strengthens their involvement and desire to discover more, while solidifying their position in this ever-evolving universe.
Proposed Long-Term Marketing Program
A Sustainable and Scalable Program
It would be interesting to develop a marketing strategy that will accompany new players over time while being scalable, and integrate marketing for Illuvium's NFT products such as skins, emotes, battleboards, upcoming Illuvium events, and more.
Players would gain experience and level up, unlocking rewards within the Illuvium universe. "Specific conditions must be defined to control and mitigate abuse."
Examples of Progressive Rewards
Using Psychology with Unique and Progressive Rewards
It’s essential to use psychology to attract players with unique and progressive rewards. Here are some examples of rewards we could use to welcome new players and guide them toward a medium/long-term marketing strategy:
Create an Immutable X passport or another version depending on evolution.
Play a certain number of matches in the Arena to unlock a unique Illuvitar gift.
Play a certain number of matches to unlock a unique emote gift.
Play X, Y, Z matches to unlock a unique Fuel gift to run Stage 1-2-3 in the Overworld.
Other rewards highlighting the interconnection of games and collectibles within the Illuvium universe.
.
A Critical Aspect to Address: The FUELS Economy
The Importance of Reforming the FUELS Economy
Even if we attract more players, it won’t change the fact that the FUELS-based economic system is currently struggling. If my proposal is supported and moves forward, I am committed to seriously investing in developing a stable, healthy, and winning formula for the FUELS ecosystem within Illuvium.
Conclusion
I want to clarify that I wrote this message while repeatedly listening to the Illuvium: Gameplay Reveal Trailer cinematic. It inspired me and allowed me to put this strategy into perspective.
Thank you for sharing your opinions on this vision of a new marketing strategy.

I like your point of view, but let me play devil's advocate:
If we give away NFTs for free such as certain Illuvitars and Emotes or Fuel
How do we at worst tackle mass botting to farm said rewards and especially Fuel and at best tackle the price of said NFTs going to zero
I may not be aware of every trick or method used to exploit the system, but we can prevent abuse by implementing effective steps to limit or reduce potential misuse patterns.
As I mentioned, 'Specific conditions must be defined to control and mitigate abuse.
Arena is pretty robust against exploits and tricks, but we can't solve multi-accounting so even if all bots would play as normal, you can simply spin up a bunch of them and play, leading to the two scenario's I painted
Furthermore, how meaningful will these rewards be if one can just buy them off the marketplace?
But long story short, appreciate the post, we're on it 🫡
It all depends on the reward and what it's use is.
If let's say at the end of a season top10 gauntlet players get a +1 stat reroll orb as part of their rewards, that will be incredibly meaningful and valuable reward, that no one would mind buying on the marketplace. Same goes for skins, if the skin or cosmetic is beautiful/cool enough, it doesn't matter, in web2 they are bought through a marketplace mostly too.
We can play around with alot of stuff here.
