Add notifications to illuvidex

When something happens on the illuvidex such as you sold a blueprint, etc. notify account holder by email

i personally would not like the email spam but notification system on the website would be nice

also less potential for getting phished then. since we are all getting the fake emails, it would be a pain in the ass to send official mails where you lay the responsibility with the customer to differentiate between real and fake.
