How much support will Arena have while OW: A New Dawn is in development and can we still expect frequent patch updates?

Will we be getting OW: A New Dawn content/features trickled out with frequent updates or will it be released all at once as a major content patch? I would prefer more frequent patches as it allows players to test and give feedback as soon as possible.

With the primary driver for the Illuvium economy being fuel consumption and demand/use cases for Illuvials, there is seemingly not enough game content to make a dent in that demand until after OW: A New Dawn is released, which probably won't happen for quite some time.

Wouldn't it make more sense to spend a little extra development resources after Gauntlet is finished to implement other Arena PvE game modes that can be released significantly sooner like Leviathan Survival, some other Leviathan Roguelike or Leviathan Bossfight game mode before completely focusing on the OW overhaul?

Does "into the breach" will release before Overworld new dawn?

Will having a team of 8 illuvials be important in Overworld New Dawn or will we only be able to use one illuvial?

If you integrate a talent tree in New Dawn and for example I choose to boost the dps assets, could I have another talent tree or outfit to be able to play tank or heal?

In light of the recent announcement to turn Overworld into an MMO-lite, and in the wake of how demand for OW flopped, what gives you confidence that this pivot will succeed in a reasonable timeline? Do any of the Core Contributors have technical backgrounds working on MMOs?

If so, will the DAO convert the current currency (fuel) to the new model for current players? How would it effect landowners & what would be the new estimated price points for future in game expenditure eg. Travel/ Crafting?

Are we likely to see any similar/the same events like the Illuvial hunts that we had on release. I personally loved those events, and it added a real thrill to hunting in the overworld! It was also great for community engagement

We know that you have been trying to improve the arena for 4 months, so why wasn't a beyond-style leaderboard dreamed for OW in the meantime? Was this very difficult?

#Development - With the focus on Guantlet, Beyond is only other part of illuvium that is playable with investing money. Why does it take a very long time to fix bugs on the illuvidex site that can hinder trading? Examples are the search, filter options bugged. Offers section shows assets that are already sold/bonded/burnt etc

Hi! If I understand correctly, the full leaderboards and tournaments are planned no earlier than April.

At the same time, the main rewards for the 3rd Airdrop season will be tied specifically to tournaments and leaderboards.

Does this mean that the 3rd Airdrop season won’t start until April?

Current OW can remain open and stay the same with a concurrent pack opening option at a crypton premium.

  1. Season 3 ? / Or any other activity for players... For OW / Arena / Leviathan / Zero? any Battle pass, daily missions / rewards, milestones ... ?
  2. Any status of repairing bugged minting from season 1 ? (many player include me still have many NFT stucked in forge - include shards, dark holo Illuvialls etc) - bug report answer is "restart client" ... Its very funny answer for 6 months old bug.
  3. Blueprint / skin system from zero - any changes will plan or not? New NFT is minting every day... time is running out
  4. Leviathan mode and his future?
  5. Stats of illuvialls: Are there any changes coming? Nerf? Will they be of any use if the leviathan mod is effectively cancelled?
  6. OW and his future? Have OW any future? (Is it now planned auto-dron and close OW? ... may be an MMO in the far, far future?)
  7. Is there and can any development plan be published for the public / DAO? Roadmap etc?
  8. Exist any plan with fuel changes? Changing of burning or prices (why land have after patch 80-90% discount for scan and science?)? Is really in plan 1 fuel for all? (bad idea, which will completely change the economy again and reduce the "playability" of the lands, very likely for the worse))

Fight for ETH was the catch phrase for this project when the token enjoyed its highest sentiment. Since dropping this brand promise, the sentiment around ILV has never been the same. Why is not adding some stakes and financial incentives to winning in Arena outside of future tournaments not a primary focus? Why are we not focusing on localizing to the TFT markets of China, Korea, and Japan? Why are we not aligning resources with accelerating revenue-generating outcomes?

I asked because your voice was missing, and many of us landholders felt you were one of the best spokespersons for the project. Most of us are down to only spot-checking Discord monthly and unengaged, given the state of Zero, the economy, and nonperformance on stated commitments such as Beyond revenue share, fuel utility, crate airdrops, etc. I believe an AMA with you and Perry on The Download with @edgy cloud @strange whale would be on high interest to the Landholders.
