Maybe the title is confusing I get it. I'm also confused and have been for a long time. I dreamed about this to be the gateway for mass adoption in Web3.
But after I played the game I Beta mode, I never really come back. Why? It's was not that fun. And the experience with an extreamly SLOW chain just killed the fun., and so often minted item was not there and needed to wait minutes for it to MAYBE apper in the game? People don't want to wait for stuff. There is a reason for the many data centers we have in the world, if people wait more than 2-3 sec for a website to load, 50% leave the site even before it's loeaded. Speed matters!
I get that the best option back then was to do an EVM L2 chain, and it's hard to change direction when the ship is sailing. But now we have the change to do things right.
Let me list what we need to give propper user experience for the BC.
