The idea came to me while I was looking at the merchandise you had available in your store. Considering my daughter already has Pokémon items she loves, I'm sure she would adore the Illuvials stuffed animals

Overview: This proposal suggests creating a line of stuffed animals based on the popular Illuvials characters for Christmas 2025. These plush toys will offer children a tangible connection to their favorite Illuvials, allowing them to cuddle, play, and bond with characters like Chucco, Atlas, Archie, and Rai.

Character Ideas:

Chucco: Playful and cheerful, with a soft, round body.
Atlas: Strong and protective, with a sturdy yet cuddly design.
Archie: Wise and curious, designed for imaginative play.
Rai: Fierce and determined, offering comfort and warmth.
Target Audience: Designed for children aged 3-10, the stuffed Illuvials will also appeal to collectors and fans of all ages. These plush toys will make ideal Christmas gifts for 2025.

Timeline:

Spring-Summer 2025: Design and concept development.
Fall 2025: Prototype testing and adjustments.
Late Fall 2025: Production and packaging.
Holiday Season 2025: Launch in stores and online.
Conclusion: Stuffed Illuvials will bring the magic of the Illuvials universe to life in a fun, interactive, and comforting way, making them a perfect holiday gift for children and fans in 2025.

In conclusion, creating custom Illuvials stuffed animals presents a valuable opportunity to expand Illuvium's reach, engage new audiences, and strengthen brand recognition. By offering a tangible connection to the game, these plush toys can appeal to younger fans, families, and collectors, while fostering emotional connections and loyalty. Cross-promotion opportunities, particularly around holiday sales, could further boost visibility and sales. Ultimately, this initiative would enhance Illuvium's presence both online and offline, creating lasting relationships with fans and growing the brand's influence.

I know I could have easily spent $100 to $200 on these just for my kids and other family members.

Illuvial Plushies have been talked about for a lonnng time, team even worked on the idea. Not sure when they are thinking about actually making them though.

I think with toys in general you have to order them in very large quantities to make them even remotely cost effective, otherwise they'd have to be incredibly expensive when we sold them which nobody wants

You can easily find out the interest of players by pre-orders, it can also be like prices for battle pass and the like... If it doesn't sell, it can be used at exhibitions and "Real world" promo action, etc...
For example 500 pcs (5 designs x 100 pcs) isnt big money... about 3000 USD include delivery and import duty, ex VAT
Selling price about 15 USD + delivery? MORE/LESS, only how will the "marketing/sales team want"

Just to clarify, I'm not involved in these decisions at all, I'm speaking just from the little I know. I should have been clearer about that sorry. I was also talking more about 'toys', as oppose to plushies
If I'm wrong though, fantastic, I'd also love toys and plushes. I would think those costs would increase quite a bit given the complexity of the illuvial designs though, not to mention the material quality and the prototyping that would have to be done. But I hope it happens soon!

Apparently book bag charms are the next upcoming item

These look like they would be cheaper to make and could be a good marketing item

I requested feedback from the Team. The clear answer was "We're not spending money on plushies right now".
Which makes sense when you think about it. Definitely a nice to have feature but not a must have feature. - increasing our merch appeal.

So this will have to wait until the must have things are ticked off I think.
