Next patch, next problem with "Unwanted implementation of features probably planned for the future."
Past patch: "hidden" stats before the battle.
Now XP changes.
These are changes that even an averagely intelligent player sees at first glance in the first battle...
But still, it takes the team admin almost a whole day to find out that such a change has occurred and fix it.
Have you considered setting up some testers from among the meritorious players? I'm not necessarily talking about access to the test client, but a test in the live client right after the patch.
Give simple conditions that will check activity and knowledge of the game environment (e.g. TOP 100 Season 1 or 2, at least x fusions made, at least x maps played) and select 5-10 players who will need to know the exact time of the patch a day in advance so that they can be online and immediately after it test the basic game mechanisms to see if there was an unplanned change/bug somewhere.
These would report somewhere through a direct channel to the admin team / patch manager / any other relevant function, where they would get an immediate answer: "YES, this is OK and that's how we wanted it", "NO, this is a mess, let's go fix it quickly"
The main necessity is the direct (hidden) communication channel, because you don't want any errors and bugs to be reported publicly and abused before they are fixed.
I don't think you need to worry about the financial side of things either. I dare say that you would give players who are interested in the game and would do it for free, or for a symbolic reward (a non-transferable and non-sellable skin, 2 D1SKs, 5000 of fuel (they need to play some faster map to test more thinks) ... or I don't know, some symbolic trifle...)
You will prevent losses, damages and abuse of features by those who discover them and do not report them, and thus reduce the dissatisfaction of the majority.
A separate chapter is access to the TEST Client...
