As of September 2024, the level cap was 60, and there was no change in stats even if increased level beyond that.

However, at the moment, the level cap has been abolished, and it seems that Health, Attack Damage, and Omega can increase without any restrictions.

In other words, the more time play, the stronger illuvials we will be able to use in PVP modes such as Leviathan Gauntlet, giving advantage.

There has been a lot of discussion about how stats change based on traits and level, but I feel that the lack of a level cap could also be a barrier to entry for new users.

Personally, I think it would be better to make a distinction, as Scoliox mentioned, by having a level cap for PVP modes like Leviathan Gauntlets (for example, LV60), and not having a level cap for PVE modes like OW.

What do you think?

One thing to keep in mind is that 60 is still the "effective" cap. Beyond that the curve becomes very steep. So you're going to spend an increasingly excessive amount of time trying to grind out that next 1% bonus. But if you're gonna do it, might as well be rewarded for it

Even if it takes a very long time, the fact that increase status bonus by "1%" means that there is an overwhelming advantage.

It is because there is level cap and traits 300% upper limit that we can keep an eye on the market and run OW towards that goal.

When people realize that there is no goal, I think there is a high chance that they will give up on playing Leviathan Gauntlet altogether, especially if they don't have much time to play.

I currently have about 70 Level60 Illuvials, and it takes about 720,000 EXP to reach Level60.(From level 40 to 60, it's about 650,000.)

After Level60, it also takes about 720,000 EXP to increase by 1 Level.

This means that in the time I've been playing so far, it's been possible to have more than 5 Level70 Iluvial.

I can also increase that number even further.

Will new users be drawn into tournaments and leaderboards with players who have spent an enormous amount of time leveling up?

I think that imposing some kind of restriction will increase the number of users and stimulate the game.

I don't know right now what the appropriate limit is, but I personally think that Level60 is within a realistic range in terms of play time.

If we want to play more casually, level 50 might be fine.(in Leviathan Gauntlet) If people can only play games for 1-2 hours a day, it will be extremely difficult to reach Level60.

Anyway, in addition to trait bonuses and stat bonuses from leveling up, I think the level cap is also an important factor.

well, let us know when you get an Illuvial to level 70. I'm kinda curious how long it'll take... or whether you'll hit the integer overflow limit on XP first 😉

What happens after set 1 are no longer available, will they still be able to be used in Arena?
If they are, not only will they becomes increasingly more difficult to get a hold of, but almost impossible for anyone to catch up to someone that has been levelling up for a year or two.

I think a level cap is necessary. I just don't know where it would be best to place it. Many people better qualified than myself to comment on that.

I would Say minimum 60. it’s still competition.
The time invested can reduce the gap between the good and the pros who do not invest time to lvl up. Time must be rewarded.

Anyone can reach these levels knowing that XP can be earned during competitions.

alright, I ran the numbers. The XP to get to level 70 is roughly 8.7 million. So not quite as steep as I was thinking, but still not an easy feat

Because it's not easy, I'm saying that if there are players who can reach level 70, it might make it difficult for new players to join in...

For now, I think I can reach level 70, so I'll try doing as I was told.

No pleasure in grinding all the illuvials lvl 60 or 70 you have too many illuvila it's the fault of gauntlet 'because if you only had the Ascendant mode or like pokemon you stay focused on your team of 8 illuvials with pleasure you up them level 70 or 100

I agree with you but take this advantage for yourself because you will be part of the 20 players to play leviathan so you will win the rewards given to the top 100 leviathan players 🏆👀
