#Start Pricing Items in Fixed Dollar Value Instead of ETH

With OW fuel prices now set to be fixed rather than based on the fuel market price, I want to suggest once again that we price items in regards to the dollar so we avoid ETH's volatility.

This should apply to everything in the ecosystem: OW fuel costs, the cosmetics shop, Beyond D1sks, and so on. We've already done this successfully with Wave 2 Beyond promo D1sks.

@winter sparrow, as the head of Illuvium’s economy, please consider defining prices in a stable currency and moving past the “crypto bro” mentality.

More than anything consumers need to know what to expect from our products, and constantly varying prices ain't it.

I agree and think this should be the way forward.
Everything priced in USD and fixed, with the ability to purchase using ETH and hopefully FUEL at some point (for some products)

100%, I hope they also make it so you can buy fuel directly with credit card or load USD onto your account, rather than having to load ETH then use ETH to buy the fuel. Pricing in fixed USD would help with that.

  • Start of wave 1, ETH price = 1550$
    Standard D1sk = 0.005 ETH = 7.75$
    Mega D1sks = 0.0249 ETH = 38.595$

  • End of wave 1, ETH price = 1800$
    Standard D1sk = 0.005 ETH = 9$
    Mega D1sks = 0.0249 ETH = 44.82$

  • Start of wave 2, ETH price = 1800$
    Standard D1sk = 0.00301 ETH = 5.42$
    Mega D1sks = 0.01801 ETH = 32,42$

  • End of wave 2, ETH price = 2300$
    Standard D1sk = 0.00301 ETH = 6.92$
    Mega D1sks = 0.01801 ETH = 41.42$

  • Start of wave 3, ETH price = 2950$
    Standard D1sk = 0.00301 ETH = 8.88$
    Mega D1sks = 0.01801 ETH = 53.13$

the community agreed in lowering d1sk prices with wave 2, but now if nothing is done we'll have the most expensive d1sks ever.
