Since the gauntlet isn’t ready yet for the tier matching system, I have an idea for Season 3: instead of the ranking system, which isn’t ready yet, why not make a tournament for Season 3?

Until the tier system can be applied to the gauntlet, the current matching system is considered pretty unfair and abuseable by multiaccount.

For fairness, I think a tournament is more realistic right now. Everyone can join, even new players, which can attract more participants and increase community engagement in the game.

I believe that with a great reward pool from the airdrop allocation, it can be more effective in engaging more people.

Example: The tournament has 128 or 256 player participants and is held twice over two weeks. I don't know how the registration will work or how to keep it fair since I have never organized a tournament, but I believe the community can discuss it with the team in a better way.

Not only that, but this approach gives content creators more opportunities; they can livestream every tournament and be more consistent in engaging with the game. It’s like free engagement while promoting the Season 3 airdrop. Win-Win solution for both player and the game

I think many people will notice the game if several creators consistently do this, and with a great reward pool, I believe it will be more effective than just starting with a ranked system when it’s not ready yet.

But yes, it probably has both advantages and disadvantages. Like this one.

Advantages:

•Sufficient Number of Participants: With 128 or 256 people, you have a diverse range of perspectives and ideas.

•High Frequency: Holding events twice within a weeks allows for quick evaluation and improvements.

•Networking Opportunities: Participants can build stronger relationships with each other.

•Increased Engagement: More frequent events can boost enthusiasm and participation.

#

Disadvantages:

•Increased Workload: Managing and organizing events frequently can overwhelm the development team, leading to burnout.

•Resource Allocation: Frequent events may strain resources, both in terms of manpower and budget, impacting other development projects.

But this could be done if only for 1-2 seasons until the game is truly ready. During that time, developers can focus on improvements and effective promotions to attract more players.

I believe the council is in discussion around season 3 and ways to do it better already, but i am definitely in favor of more tournaments.

it's more fair for new player too if want to bring more player. ex : tournament twice a week even new player can win that , and the information will spread mouth by mouth from people or community , bring more new player. I belive if the pool has big enough , many big creator will engaging the tournament for free.
