Dark Holo = +20% buff
just flat out 10% stronger if Holo and 20% stronger if Dark Holo
keep it simple, everyone is happy and your economy benefits 🙂

Sorry I dont believe holo or dark holo should have any added benefit over being more cosmetically pleasing.
This would make it pay to win.
There's no avoiding some of that element even now, but this woud take it to the extreme.
