option to Turn off plant

I have encounter a problem with plants.

When you have a plot full of buildings, and you sell something to make space, the game will infinite spam plants on the space you just made.

Maybe is not infinite and it's spawning all the plants that couldnt grow cause of full plot but I can't know that.

Here is my convo from what I said. No one here just wants people to watch paint dry aka wait for plants to go away so the can have fun and rearrange/experiment with their plots

My idea for this:

• plants don’t sprout while your lot is activity loaded
• if plot reloaded plant quests will start to spawn(so we can still get resources)
• let ppl rework thier plot to try different things
• nothing else changes

Vs

• let people watch a clock(paint dry) and suffer
• use money to use coin to get rid of them faster
