#DO NOT START THE SEASON WITHOUT THE MISSIONS BEING READY !!

My suggestion is clear: The second season has started, and yet, the missions are still not defined, and 5 days have already passed, leaving only 25 days remaining. Why do you start the season without having the missions ready? My feedback: The season should not begin until the missions for the new season are fully prepared.

Agree 100% please show some respect to your base players, milestone still give airdrop points, some people say they are going to be deleted or only as a achievement but when? kind of dissapointed not gonna lie but it is what it is hopefully tomorrow AMA clarify some things.

they didn't remove the milestone missions, and now a player who hasn't completed Wave 40 before can still farm points or complete the T0 sets. It's hard to understand them... They're always late, and it feels like they're not ready.

The thing is, what about people who have already spent effort and in game money (fuel) to complete the existing daily/weekly missions? We shouldn't discount their progress/effort.

That said, I'm with you on the whole--why did they make changes that were not ready to be implemented on time? They should have kept existing system until new changes were ready, or paused the existing system before letting it continue.

I could see them extending the season out to 4 week total time from a future start date. Like if it was ready on 9/14--then make the season go until 10/14 with the new system. Just my thoughts on it..

They can be late IMO but if they are late just start the season 2 late with something new or at least an announcement like every other game does.

Rich said they going to make an announcement and that the changes to scoring should be happening soon too. From the sound of it, they had plans to implement/announce but didn't get them implemented quick enough, with weekend causing delays.

I wouldn't call it exploitation, but rather poor execution causing a delay/misunderstanding. But I agree with you--at main #📣〕announcements post should have made on Sept 1 at least warning people that milestones don't count. It was however posted in #💬〕general and talked about quite a lot for anyone who was on discord.

I posted feedback suggesting that they shouldn't start a season if they aren't ready. They were unprepared for multi-account exploitation, and as wave 40 videos were shared, many accounts were easily completed with bot accounts. This was an exploitation, but it was their own fault. The rewards for Testnet Season 1 were delayed. Some people were in urgent need of money, and the claim wasn't opened on time. Some people were unfairly banned. In Testnet Season 1, they permanently banned someone with 200-300k points, saying 'you're a cheater, but we can't tell you what you did wrong due to the rules.'

I have 2-3 separate accounts and haven't even completed the T0 set, but I'm worried. I've spent thousands of dollars, and if they ban my accounts, I'd think they’ve lost their minds. I don't agree with their policies; they're moving too fast and making mistakes because of it. I use the trading system in the game, buying and selling items. I've bought and sold a lot of ingots, and we're trading Illuvials, but I'm afraid they'll suddenly say, 'we've banned your account, don't ask why.' Anyway, I hope they handle the next seasons better. Starting a new season without being ready is a bad situation. It's trust-breaking.

People here are right to be concerned. It shouldn't have been this difficult to announce in the public announcement that the second season has started and the milestone will be removed. Personally, I learned this today.

News to me as well. They're moving too fast and need to slow down. Need to communicate more. Plan for start of season before the season starts.

Too many things not working properly atm.

  • Lack of announcements: everyday someone says there will be one, but none have been made so far about season 1 rewards and about season 2, milestones, etc;
  • too many bugs: everyday I see someone complaning about several issues. all the mods can do for now is ask them to create a ticket. e.g. items not minting, forging consuming items and then failing with no refund, points not being earned, lands not loading properly, lands not appearing in-game or on Illuvidex, etc.
  • Support takes weeks, maybe more than a month to reply: for instance, I created a ticket because I completed a mission on Septemper 1, it marked completed but I didn't get the points. When they investigate it my points will be 100k+ above the original points, which might lead to misunderstandings... When someone can't play, 1 month to reply the ticket will make people lose an entire season...

The seasons are not ready to be running IMO

I have a doubt. If milestones doesn't count, why did they change the wave 40 number of points?

little shell

they'll update our points. if you get 1m points from wave 40 ofc

you used a VPN for another app and accidentally left it on, then logged into the Illuvium game—oops, your account is BANNED. it's honestly a funny situation. really funny....
If you submit a ticket, you might get a response 2-3 weeks later. Some of the tickets I submitted during testnet Season 1 were closed without even a response. This explanation didn't satisfy me. Who was satisfied by this? lol

#

while Mainnet Season 2 is ongoing, the system is still mocking us with missions like 'extract 50 gems and earn 50 points.' Temporarily shut down the missions page and pause the season duration. are we supposed to start doing the missions in the last week?!???

#

I can assure you that at least 100 players were banned in Testnet Season 1 without using any cheats. The response they got was 'Shut up, you're banned. You're a cheater, don't ask why.' Yes, they actually said that. They're not transparent. In Testnet Season 1, would a person using cheats collect only 200k points with one account? So many users got banned for no reason with 200-300-500k points.

I’ve been thinking about their account banning policy, and it seems like they’re just banning innocent people while claiming 'Look, we’re banning accounts, removing cheaters.' My 2-3 accounts haven’t been banned yet. Don’t get me wrong—I’m not here because I got banned. I’m just trying to protect players' rights. A more transparent and fair policy would be better.

IIP-58 wasn't designed to protect users or the airdrop pool properly. Tomorrow or the next day, your account might get banned for no reason, and when it happens, stand up to the Illuvium team and demand your rights. Innocent players have been unfairly banned. Stop hiding things from us.

We are trying to help everyone that was banned unfairly. But none of it was done intentionally as you elude to.

The biggest way to combat bots is to prevent the sale of NFTs earned without effort. What do I mean by this? After entering Stage 0 and extracting ores like Rhodivium or Osivium, and minting some Tier 0 gems and Illuvials as NFTs, why would we want to sell them? This would only increase network congestion and allow bot accounts to flood the market with ingots cheaply and unfairly. If we couldn’t sell T0 NFTs, we wouldn’t be facing these issues.

The team should have thought of this from the start. Even today, many smaller projects than Illuvium impose restrictions on F2P (free-to-play) players, preventing them from selling their items unless they meet certain conditions. Unfortunately, the Illuvium team is rushing things, and this decision is hurting both the players and the game—financially and in terms of trust.

# sudden prism We are trying to help everyone that was banned unfairly. But none of it was done...

Many users were banned from Testnet Season 1 without reason, and it happened a long time later. Banning players with 200k points for no reason was unfair in my opinion. They believed in you, and you let them down. This issue isn't just about the players banned on the mainnet, unfortunately. "For security reasons, we won’t disclose the specifics of how these points were acquired.

btw;
as far as I know, none of the players who were banned on the testnet received their rewards retroactively. they played for hundreds of hours... Xd

If you look at the Turkish community, people generally tag me and ask their questions. I’m sorry, this isn’t about ego, but I’m more aware of what’s happening compared to regular users. No users from the Turkish community who were unfairly banned have been pardoned. This is a fact, not a lie. I want to defend the rights of those who were unfairly banned and try to restore trust in the game. Transparency is important.

There’s a saying in Turkish:
(Too much of delibal (mad honey) is harmful.)
"Delibal'ın fazlası zarardır," which means that delibal (mad honey) is very strong, and if you eat more than a teaspoon, it can make you sick, but just a teaspoon is beneficial.
Thank you.

The Turkish saying "Hızlı giden atın boku seyrek düşer" translates to "The faster horse scatters its dung" in English.

Meaning: This proverb implies that when someone is moving quickly or rushing through something, they might make mistakes or face issues more frequently compared to when they proceed with caution or at a slower pace. It suggests that speed can lead to more problems or careless outcomes. Atlas_Yeah gl for us

So a few things here:

  1. How can you be sure everyone of these people you speak to were unfairly banned? Do you know them personally? Even if you do, does that mean that we should blindly trust them?
  2. We have a process, its being refined and its not perfect. But to say we are doing it maliciously is ridiculous.

If you detect a bot and ban their account, at least tell them the specific reason or that the video they played used 3rd party software. Don't ban them and then ask for the reason without providing evidence.

#

there is no shortage of better aridrop games to play. don't let the people who are supporting the game turn their backs

#

and let me ask if the account is banned, will it be notified via email or do I have to log in to the game to know? because I haven't touched the game since finishing season 1

I think I should start looking for a better game. The game invests money but can be banned at any time (like a time bomb). In the city, I also stopped playing this game after hearing about the s2 operating structure and the unreasonable way they banned.

I'm not surprised at all. My friend was also banned last season and quit the game. I often play at internet cafes so I can be accused of using VPN anytime if I go to many internet cafes to play games.

#

VPN software can be mistaken for 3rd party software and when banned I definitely have no chance to appeal :))
