As of today, it has been almost two weeks since some Illuvials have been stuck in "minting" status. It has also been six days since the update/patch intended to fix these minting issues, but unfortunately, it hasn't resolved the problem (referring to the previous minting status).
There is no clear explanation (maybe I just I need more research) for the cause of this minting issue. I can only assume it is related to the high volume of transactions, NFTs being minted every second, which the blockchain may struggle to handle.
For everyone's information, in addition to Illuvials and equipment (weapons/suits) being minted as NFTs, there are also others, such as essences, ingots, shards, and gems.
Every time we harvest ores/plants -- shards, gems, and essences are minted. I assume that almost all players (and bots, lol) are doing this, especially in Stage 0, since hey, it is free and unlimited.
Now, imagine how many NFTs are minted if each player (and bots—let’s not forget them, lol) spends all their 4,000 energy shooting ores/plants in Stage 0 for 10-15 minutes, and then multiply that by how many times they do this in a day—10, 20, 30 times? We haven't even included the capturing of Illuvials or the crafting of ingots, shards, gems, etc.
To cut a long story short (and sorry cause the intro is much longer than what I really wanted to say/propose)
:Could we just remove all items/resources in Stage 0 from being minted as NFTs?
(All these, is my opinion, assuming the minting issues are caused by the high volume of transactions and that the chain is struggling to keep up with it in a short period of time.)
