- The game currently doesn't have the features to draw new players (no credit card on boarding, no arena leaderboards, lack of OW collection building awards/recognition, etc.)
- The project is not being wise with the airdrop budget as it is currently slanted toward investors/stakeholders who would play regardless of airdrop rewards being present. Said another way, the cost of player acquisition given the current growth rate is highly unfavorable.
- Save the airdrop rewards for future game builds that can draw in net new players.
- Rework the milestones to align with progressive Overworld collection building, Arena leaderboards, and Zero progression. There are many threads on this topic already.
- Reduce the next 2-3 seasons of airdrop rewards to 5K or less and allocate them to future seasons when additional game features make new player acquisition costs more favorable
Full Disclosure: I am a land holder, staker, and active player. I would rather see the project be wise with the airdrop budget than use it prematurely on OW/Arena/Zero game builds that are not primed for new player acquisition.
