"Add Funds" Button More Presently Accessible

I feel like this would not take long to implement, but when I go to add funds, I find myself spending a few minutes trying to find the feature (I'm usually on the marketplace, then to go the fuel exchange, then go to my profile, then eventually remember it's under "passport" in the dropdown menu. I do realize this is a "you're an idiot" situation, but I can't be the only one. Shouldn't we have an "add funds" button as an easy reminder/call to action on every page where we would spend money, why not just make it a button at the top right of the website beside your profile dropdown?
