#Give Land additional value inside the world of Illuvium

It is fine for me that my land doesn't produce a lot of value in regards of money (ROI) for the time being. That will change with the future success of Illuvium.

But I think it is not ok at all, that land doesn't hold value inside of Illuvium itself. A maxed T1 land can provide a single Stage 2 Scanner or afford a stage 1 run every 4 days.
Therefore, I would love to see land hold additional value inside of Illuvium.
One idea is to provide t0 (or higher tiers with rising building level) ringnuts, floraballs, gumbo drops and so on. I would say even essences are something that could be discussed. This stuff should drop passively after unlocking a building like the Podarium.
This is really something that shouldn't require further fuel or resources like the training gym will probably require. These QoL features, which impact other games, are an important missing feature for ILZ.

Podariun gather point overtime that you can spend choosing some consumables of your choice ? That the idea ? Pretty like it as consumables cant be sold. And would give time value to Landholder that can be used when they play ow.

As consumables are not NFT, i dont see is a big problem to even propose some highertier consumables. But only for nft Land. Not F2P.
Its like paying the OW with a discount for people spending time in another game for the IP. where you dont need to gather to much consumable if you need thoses (but still need essences so maybe still worth gather plant during runs).

I think since you can't transfer consumables and you can only have one f2p plot per account, it would be ok to allow f2p plots to produce t0 consumables. In the end that person invested time in our eco-system. The invested time was in ILZ and not in OW, but maybe this incentives ILZ f2p players to take a look at OW.

edit: Ofc. the paid land has to produce quite a lot more in comparison

Tbh. I hope that this feature finds it way asap and I will start to play the f2p plot for that reason as well 🙂

Love this idea! And I don't think you need to go essences necessarily, you can just go with more rare consumables as you level up. or better yet, increased levels of podarium increases the drop rates of the rare items. So level 1 you have 5% of uncommon, while level 4 you have 20%, or whatever it is deemed it should be.

Then, given the lessons learned this week, this appears to be one of the most creative and practical ideas for generating more value for ILZ. I support an ICCP/IIP to be drafted for it, or whatever measures can be done to make something happen.

Yeah. I can say that the current plan has never been to give overworld stuff to zero, but it is to have more unique zero stuff. Having them compete I don't think works well.

But I won't say too much more since we are looking at the next steps and will give you guys an update soon.

Thank you for your quick response, will wait for the update. Still kinda curious what the reasoning behind "no OW stuff for zero" is. The pack opening would be a little cheaper for land owners, but I think it is not too much and well deserved. Also, land holder would still need to invest time and money into OW for that advantage.
