The Beyond album has been a huge success and it would be easy to duplicate it for Illuvials, giving more points to higher stages and holo/dark holos, etc. and then have a top 100 that gets some ILV rewards...wouldn't even have to be as many as Beyond but enough to make it interesting and so people can show off their album and fill out all the slots. This would lead to burning of Illuvs. to upgrade, and also holding and collecting vs just dumping asap
