Just a small Idea, before we completely overthrow what Arena Ascendant is.
As a little experiment, to see if we actually need a completely overthrow or just smaller changes.

Remove T5S3 Units from free teams (a little too tough especially with us being so early into launch, max. T5S2 in my opinion)

Temporarily remove casual mode (ain't enough players to already split into two queues)

Add a third complete T3-T4 Illuvial line into the Team Builder's free Rotation (can be reduced as time passes, but currently any budget player desperately needs Upgrades for later rounds)
Why you ask?
Well cause any PvP is more fun if there's some emotional bonding to the units you use.
But currently anyone who isn't a gigawhale is getting absolutely rekt in Arena by Hot Fish.
