Team Illuvium, hear me out! First off, congratulations on a successful launch. Now that we are on the mainnet, I want to express how much I love Illuvium and hope you will consider this important feedback.

As you know, there is a Tier 0 milestone that can give huge points for the airdrop. A bot farmer can easily bot Tier 0, then rinse and repeat by making another account to do the Tier 0 milestones again. They can create an infinite number of bot accounts to farm Tier 0 milestones. Most likely, they will abuse this and won't contribute back to the Illuvium economy. The airdrop they receive will likely just be dumped on our ecosystem.

To counter this abuse, I propose that for this mainnet Season 1, Team Illuvium should be very careful and consider giving airdrops to those who contribute back to the economy. You have already given enough free airdrops on the testnet. Maybe this time around, you should have a leaderboard where only a maximum number of players get the airdrop. More requirements should be in place to be eligible for this season's airdrop. Competition would encourage people to give back to the ecosystem. It's better to reward people who contribute to the ecosystem and are real players, not just bots or leechers.
Also, consider banning multiple bot accounts created by one IP. or any player you guys suspect of abusing the system.

Agree for those massive number of bot account creator. But how about those families that play together, for example 3-4members of your family are playing illuvium, for sure you will be having the same IP address from account creation to everyday playing, and some are sharing computers to play for sure

I totally agree with the idea of having a leaderboard, we are incetivize a good behaviour like accumulate pfps, buying illuvials and beign part of the economy. This also the best solution for a more fat airdrop and not giving dust to everyone.

Reward the people who are throwing in money since game launch

Dicentivise the leachers, still give them something to keep them playing just reduce their ability to abuse the systems

honestly your opinion is good, but it could be that your opinion makes this game deserted by players, so I only believe in the team

t0 nerf = only whales play illuvium and the number of players is small

t0 stay = everyone can play, and free players make the illuvium game have many players because they also spend a lot of time and whales stay cool at the top of the leaderboard

so leave everything to the team, the team also doesn't want this game to be deserted by players

this is what u call abuse. so there should be balance. this abuse together with survival arena abuse will only do more harm than good. so the team should find a way to resolve and make a balance. unless they want their economy to be dead from leechers and abusers

anyway my suggestion if there will be a change, please make the change in season 2, not in the middle or end of season 1 airdrop..

don't make this mainet airdrop like the airdrop on testnet hahaha, the season 1 testnet airdrop was very very bad, because there were many changes at the beginning, middle, and end of the season 1 testnet airdrop...

mainet is something that has been thought through by the team, so no matter what if there will be a change, make the change in a different season

Honestly i came back to spend the rest of sILV i had, and even ended buying some stuff from the market... but really disappointed with what the council has done last epoch.

Now there's a discord full of people complaining about issues that were anticipated but not adressed. GG
