#Delay mainnet by a month or two...

What if, instead of unleashing this in it's unready state on the mainnet, it gets delayed a month or two, while things finish up, fuel starts rolling, etc...

Like, keep the current airdrop plan, but wipe the testnet clean, and give everyone 1 eth or something. Or even .5 eth.... or even better, our airdrop amount, with none of that usdc crap, or deposits allowed! That would give a better overall picture of the affordability I think, as well as buy some time to get zero functional, with some tutorials or guides available and fuel rolling.

This ecosystem is confusing and intriguing at the same time, which I think is probably one of its better features. But there needs to be some well written guides, or preferably videos these days that explain all this stuff. Like official ones, that don't have people guessing what stuff does, from the poor and general lack of wording all the way to the assumption that people will know what layer one and layer two mean.

Two thumbs down so far... Like, you guys don't like the idea of better info for new people to learn how to play? Or just don't want the delay?

I feel like I shouldn't have to hop around to other discords to find out crucial information regarding all these games, and how the fuel system works. There needs to be some sort of official rulebook or something, not just a convoluted terms of service that no one except scoriox will read.

There are a ton of great guides on Discord and we have already crossed the point of no return. Assests have been transfered to pasports. Just trust the team and be patient

I would like to trust them, but like, where is the place i can go to see the effects of frost, or poison, for lame examples?

Or the place that says I cannot sell fuel once it's in my overworld account?

Or how much fuel can i produce from a t1/2/3/4/5 land in a 24 hour period, with the buildings maxed out? I feel like this is important info, that should be up front. Where we can ALL see it.

So, fair enough... thumbs down the idea of delaying the broken launch, but come on.... at least agree to fair and true info for people to make decisions, no?

this is my first time.... I would love for this to take off and pave the way.... but without some basic guidance? come on, make kieran do it or something, just to soak in the sting of not doing it this way again? 😛

I was just trying to stir the pot to try and get some official info available... I'm happy with comments and don't care about the thumbs down on delaying mainnet. Just want more substantial info in one place, rather than having to scour through old discords or hope for a decent new YouTube guide.

It can get overwhelming for sure but a delay wouldnt necessarily help

As for being ready i think we will never be truly ready. Launch date is set and shared with the world, we cant delay this one. It would be a disaster to do so

Like jag says, we bite the bullet and continue going forward!

I'm only pissed off there will be little to no incentive to grind ascendant/gauntlet competitively besides the few missions about it. So it will be mostly ow grind till both arena modes are in good shape for leaderboard grind.

But yeah delaying again is not an option

Yes thats very unfortunate, i had a feeling it would happen so i even made an IIP to prevent it but it got declined by IMC as it was already planned. Turns out its not planned anymore

It would have been amazing for the ecosystem and the revenue to have our competitive scene starting on launch with rewards but i get that gauntlet is in its first days and they want to rework ascendant. Just hope they wont wait to long now
