#Enhancing Illuvials: Adding Value and Depth with Stat Boosted Holo and Dark Holo Variants

I wanted to share a suggestion that could enhance the gameplay experience and the value of Illuvials within the Illuvium ecosystem.

Currently, we have three variations of Illuvials: Normal, Holo (Holographic), and Dark Holo (Dark Holographic), which are primarily for aesthetic appeal and player prestige. I propose adding a functional enhancement to these variations to further enrich the game dynamics.

Suggested Enhancements:

Holo Illuvials: These should have a 15% increase in stats and combat effectiveness compared to their Normal counterparts.
Dark Holo Illuvials: These should have a 15% increase in stats and combat effectiveness compared to Holo Illuvials.
Alternatively, the stat enhancement for Holo and Dark Holo Illuvials could be randomized up to 15%, based on RNG at the time of capture. This approach would add an exciting element of chance and variability.

Addressing Pay-to-Win Concerns:
To ensure that this enhancement does not create a pay-to-win environment, the rarity of Holo and Dark Holo Illuvials should be maintained at a very high level. This rarity would make these Illuvials prestigious and valuable, but not easily attainable through monetary investment alone.

Benefits to the Ecosystem:

Increased Value: Enhanced Holo and Dark Holo Illuvials would increase the in-game value of these creatures, making them highly sought after by players.
Player Engagement: The added stat benefits would incentivize players to participate more actively in capturing and training Illuvials, fostering a more dynamic and engaging game environment.
Positive Impact: This enhancement would contribute to the overall growth and sustainability of the Illuvium ecosystem by balancing gameplay with meaningful rewards for dedicated players.

This makes no sense:

People who acquire them who aren't whales will sell. The more rare you make them the more likely they will end up in the hands of whales. Would you rather be slightly more powerful in game or pay off your car loan? The answer for most is pretty obvious.

Dark Holos and Holos will be valuable. Consider that a Holo Blazing Rhamphyre Illuvitar has already sold for 45k USD. There's no need to add strong pay to win to make the Illuvials valuable.

While it's true that rarity can drive value and potentially lead to the concentration of powerful Illuvials among wealthier players, the intention behind the suggested stat enhancements for Holo and Dark Holo Illuvials is to add an extra layer of strategic depth and excitement to the game.

Regarding the car loan analogy, it's important to note that the decision to sell a valuable Illuvial would depend on individual circumstances. If someone needed to pay off a car loan urgently, they would likely sell the Illuvial regardless of its in-game strength. The enhancement suggestion aims to enrich gameplay by making these Illuvials more desirable for their strategic benefits, not just their monetary value.

This is just my opinion and my perspective on your answer.
