Is there any discussion about the Halo airdrop points? I believe they're diminishing the game's enjoyment by turning it into more of a roulette. Currently, it's almost not worth pursuing anything in the game that isn't a rare Halo. This eliminates about 95% of what the game should be about, affecting the reward-to-effort structure. In gaming, players expect to be rewarded for their efforts. While some RNG can add excitement, it must be balanced. In my view, it shouldn't be possible to play for 1,000 hours and earn fewer points than someone who got lucky in just 1 hour. Currently, I can't even use a master shard on a Tier 5 Stage 2 Adoredo because it's not worth it.

Suggestions for improvement:

  • Reduce the cost of master shards to max 400.
  • Decrease the airdrop points for Halos to one-tenth of their current value.
  • Increase the rarity of high tier Illuvilas to combat inflation

The biggest issue I see for Illuvilas' success is how fast inflation will hit the game and how to tackle it. In my opinion most ppl will stop playing when it's not worth farming Tier 5s anymore.

The points you get for the Holos and especially the Black Holos are a joke. It's basically like you say, why hunt other Illuvials than Holos when all T5 together give just 38k points, which is what I can get with 2 T5S2 Holo or 1 T5S1 Dark Holo.
Especially the 1M points for a T5S3 Dark Holo are complete nonsense.

My son has caught 7 Holos in two days and something like 3 hours of gameplay. I agree with you that they should be rarer - much rarer... And now he only hunts Holos. He crosses the entire playing field, looks at every Illuvial and only hunts Holos. That can't be the point...

to make holos and dark holos COUNTABLE u have to had the whole collection of ILV complete

that would be so much fair or at least give 500k points to the people who complete all sets. 10k is a totally non sense now.

This is my take on Holos / Dark Holos;

In order for someone to include their holos points;

  • If they caught Holos / Dark Holos in Tier 3 ( they should have completed the tier set of tier 3 ) so holo / dark holos points are counted.

  • same variation in tier 3 - 5

  • Quest completion tier set became useless due to Holos. People are now hunting holos than completing the tier set.

  • Nerf Holos points ( Decrease it to 10x )

  • Master Shard should be back on 200 dust + 5k SOLON

  • Imagine Playing a month for PB4 + 2 week OPB and your points has been overturned by a single holo captured within 2 days.

I hope the team will consider this matter. ASAP

I mean, you get 400 pts for 1 month of PB4 which is exactly the same as you get for 2 T3S1 Holo or 2 T0S1 Dark Holo. That's ridiculous

You also get a staggering 100 points per hour playing arena to level up your illuvials that you can fuse! Just imagine the number of holos you can catch in playing 1hour overworld where you also level up the illuvials
