#Test play versus Real game

I think we need to take into consideration that the test play is not real.

Before the update 20,000 fuel to get a master shard. Now to get 800 fragments, which would take how many runs and how much fuel?

Tier 3 land is farming a few hundred fuel at max per day. Would take you months in real life to farm enough for 1 master shard.

How many people are going to spend thousands of dollars to just buy fuel or master shards themselves.

My point is that the real game is going to be so much different then this current version and I hope that changes to this game consider what it’s real going to be like and not just how this test run is going.

For example, this change to get master shards.

The change was made because too many people were getting them too easily. And now you are making it even harder to get. But in the real game before the update it would have been super hard to get.

You are making a change in this fake test play but it will have major and different consequences in the real game.

Another example: catching illuvium

Because it was too easy to catch T4 and T5, due to how easy it was to farm shards. Now they are drastically making it harder to catch them.

Yet another change that only affects this fake world and not the real world. How many people in the real world would be running stage 3’s and catching T4 and T5?

Fuel farming numbers in zero are not final.

I’m just saying that the test play isn’t real and I hope consideration is being taken that because of the flawed system you created any changes to this test play, means very little to the real game.

I would consider splitting the airdrop in two. This month and next month before real game. In between reset everything.

Try to get the second half as close to real world as you can. Maybe you limit the number of eth you can spend per day. Or maybe you introduce transferring fuel from land so we can see how much fuel will be in the actual system. (In this version you wouldn’t have to reset zero)

This way you get a closer interpretation of what the real game will be like and can make changes that make sense.

Fuel in zero hasnt been changed, its just place holders really

As for the ethereal change this was coming since a long time, yes it makes it harder and you may feel that its like something has been taken away from you but this is a great change imo

Its not normal nor sustainable that we could finish the entire collection in a week and catch everything with auto catch free master shards

I get your reaction but keep it mind that prices and balance will still change to adapt to the new features

I agree that you shouldn’t be able to do the whole collection in a week. It’s test play. I have no problem with them trying different things.

My point is that this test play is totally flawed and the real game will be so much different.

I’m saying they are doing research on apples and based on that feedback are making changes to oranges.
