The text in the following image should be modified to notify the user that they must leave enough for the gas fee or the transaction will fail. If a user clicks the max button and tries to deposit, the transaction will fail. It might make sense to eliminate the max button or ensure when clicking the max button, sufficient ETH is left over to pay for the gas. It is highly unlikely someone new to crypto would be able to figure this out unless they asked around.
#When a user goes to deposit their ETH, and they don't leave enough for gas, the transaction fails.

This makes sense. Yet wouldn't it tell you on the transaction from your layer2 wallet?
Nope, there's just a little pop up from the Illuvium website that says failed to deposit.
when u click max, it should already deduct the gas fee
Ideally it would, but it doesn't.
Then its definitely something that needs to be addressed.
