Secret legendary illuvial yes, secret dungeon no. We only have 3 out of 7 regions. Team doesn't have time to make an additional dungeon before launch I'm guessing

The is an interesting idea, but one that would require huge amount of work. Even more work if there's not already a secret illuvial to use
